Founded in 2020 by Andrew Nehaul, the Nehaul Foundation is a charitable organization based in Saltsjöbaden, Sweden, with a mission to provide free websites to organizations supporting the disabled and disadvantaged in developing countries, particularly focusing on the Caribbean region.

Dedicated to serving altruistic organizations, the foundation selects deserving candidates and also welcomes inquiries from interested parties. The primary objective is to offer responsive, secure, and modern websites to organizations that may face financial constraints in establishing an online presence.

Andrew Nehaul, a golfer and philanthropist, possesses an extensive background encompassing all facets of tourism. His journey has seen him navigate roles within hotels, serve as a representative for a National Tourism Organization, assume the position of European Director for a premier Caribbean all-inclusive hotel chain, and establish ownership of an upscale tour operator.

Hailing from the scenic landscapes of Barbados, boasts a rich and varied background in Hotel Management, entrepreneurship, and tourism. Beginning his journey by managing a hotel and pioneering the island’s inaugural dinner theatre show, he later relocated to Sweden in 1983 alongside his Swedish spouse, where he charted a prosperous path in the tourism sector.

Renowned as a stalwart in tourism expertise, Nehaul played a pivotal role in establishing Sandals Resorts’ footprint across Europe. His achievements included notable revenue growth and the extension of resort services through strategic partnerships with prominent European tour operators. Seeking fresh horizons, he ventured into entrepreneurship again, founding Deluxe Vacations, an upscale online tour operator in Sweden, specializing in tailor-made experiences particularly for couples celebrating a wedding or a  honeymoon.

The onset of the Covid-19 pandemic in 2020 prompted Nehaul to pivot away from the travel industry. Propelled by his lifelong dedication to community service, he established the Nehaul Foundation. Leveraging his proficiency in web design, Nehaul endeavours to enhance the visibility and impact of deserving local organizations. Through the provision of complimentary websites, the foundation aims to empower these entities, facilitating improved access to funding for their future activities.
